1. About Prepso

Prepso is an online EPSO exam preparation platform operated by Prepso (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Prepso.

3. Purchases and Access

Prepso offers one-time payments for lifetime access to question banks and features. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the Prepso platform operates, including future content updates within your purchased tier.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country of residence, as required by EU law.

4. Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as required by EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU). To request a refund, reply to your purchase confirmation email or contact us at hello@prepso.eu.

If you have completed more than 80% of the questions in your plan, we may consider the right of withdrawal waived, as the digital content will have been fully provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Prepso — including question text, explanations, scoring logic, and written test prompts — is owned by Prepso and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or automate access to content; share your account credentials; attempt to reverse-engineer our adaptive difficulty or scoring algorithms; or use Prepso for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

Prepso is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) or any EU institution. Score predictions are estimates based on historical data and are not guarantees of exam outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepso’s liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of Prepso after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by EU law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the European Union.
